A) Installation Volume
This decides whether Edition 4 requires no perceptible movement or permits use of the connected-appliance pressure-drop table.
Checking saved installation volume...
B) Equipment Used
Select the equipment used. This sets the let-by fail threshold.
C) Let-by Check
For Natural Gas, LPG/Air and LPG, adjust the pressure to between 7 and 10 mbar and observe the let-by period for 1 minute.
Leave blank for guidance only. Enter readings to calculate pressure rise and support the let-by assessment.
D) Temperature Stabilisation
Select the fuel and installation details to obtain the applicable Edition 4 tightness test pressure.
Allow 1 minute for pressure and temperature to stabilise. Do not continue until a stable reading is obtained.
E) Tightness Test
Continue for a further 2 minutes at the correct test pressure.
Enter the tightness test start and end readings to calculate the pressure drop and support assessment against current IGEM guidance.
F) Stopwatch
Use this to time the let-by, stabilisation or tightness test stage. You can still use your own stopwatch separately if preferred.
Never Miss Your ACS Renewal
