Who the course is for
For people installing or working on water systems.
Designed for plumbers, heating engineers and learners following an accepted plumbing or Gas Managed Learning Programme route who need a clear working knowledge of the regulations governing water fittings and installations.
Plumbers should normally have at least two years’ experience in the sector. Learners new to the industry may take the course where they are undertaking a plumbing qualification or Gas Managed Learning Programme and are registered with LCL Awards or another awarding body.
Eligibility will be checked before booking. The LCL Awards Water Regulations certificate does not expire.

- Water fittings, materials and correct installation

A separate qualification
Water Regulations and G3 work together, but they are not the same course.
